Story behind:
In 1683, bagel was first seen in Central Europe, in Vienna,
where it was given to King John II
for saving the city from Turkish invenders.
In 19th century bagel was presented to America.
After 300 years bagel, with its traditional recepture,
is coming back to Bratislave.
First original Bagel & Coffee Story was opened in July 2004.
Why is bagel so popular?
Because it is made without fat, eggs and butter.
It is low in fat but high in energy.
