Saturday dinner at home

Yesterday the dinner was a bit Frenchish, today more like an Italian one:

Caprese with Mozzarella di Bufala
- not a new one, but always excellent
.

Saltimbocca
- made of very tender veal - very seldom available here
- not Saltimbocca Romana because missing the sage
- Madeira sauce made of veal & beef stock
bought from Culinaris - not bad! Almost like home-made
- instead of Parma ham used Jamon Serrano
...
Excellent meal!
