Dinner at home on Monday

Anyway, the week started quite well with the eating:
After morning gym ate fruit and bought a take-away tea with milk
- to get some proteins -
at Coffee Cat.
Had breakfast at home.
Well, skipped the lunch,
but had a proper dinner.
So far so good!
After dinner ate a box of Fazer Mints
a tax-free size Fazer Blue chocolate plate
- and that's not a small -
Wondering why it is so hard to loose some weight
even if the answer is so obvious.
Tuesday morning started with crosstraining and swimming, naturally.
