Dinner at a Brazilian restaurant on Saturday
near Oktogon
former Grand Café
...
Some of us had Dry Martini and Bloody Mary as an aperative
...
Lots of details in the interior
Upstairs for non-smokers
...
Salads from buffet
Had 5 different pieces of grilled fish
- piece of salmon in the pic
The waiter came with one fish at a time:
Salmon
Pike-pearch
- too raw
Trout
Calamare
King prawns
- too dry
...
The waiter asked if liked to have more of some of those
so basically you could have eaten as much as you wanted
...
Didn't really have any kind of expectations
didn't have a clue what a Brazilian kitchen was like
Perhaps thought it would have been similar to Argentinian kitchen,
like beef and so on
but no beef on the menu
...
Somehow the concept didn't really work,
ok to try once but twice.
Obviously didn't belong to the target group
....
Also a Brazilian dance show,
guess the girls danced well,
not the right person to tell
...
A bit too dark pic to see anything,
but there is a dance show downstairs!
..
The food itself didn't cost that much
but the wines were expensive.
The Sunday brunch at Marriott costs less and includes the wines....
