Dinners at home in the beginning of the week

On Monday

Beef with salad

- no sauce, well, some butter to give richer taste

but not really needed so left that aside

- no potatoes or other carbs

- actually rather summerish than autumnish dish

On Tuesday

Carrot-ginger soup

- without any dairy products

- very tasty and rich

Pork with rosé pepper sauce

and

potato & mushroom slices

...

The delivery from Nyakas pince arrived on Tuesday afternoon.

Ordered some wines on Monday.
